He watches You

The other day I was listening to an old gospel song "His Eye is on the Sparrow" and as I was listening to this song I paid close attention to the words in a way that I never had before. The words in this song reminded me of the love and grace of Christ. It reminded me that no matter what I am going through He is always there and He always cares about everything that concerns me.

We live in a world that is filled with chaos and uncertainty, everytime you look at the news there is another devestating story. It often seem like God is not there, like He has abandoned us. This is far from the truth. The purpose of this post is to remind you and I that God is always there and in the midst of everything going on in our world, He still cares.

I do not know what is going on with you today, I don't know what is going on in your emotions, your body or your mind, But God knows and trust me He cares.

Today the meditation of my heart is that His eye is on the sparrow and I know He watches you and I.
